COPYRIGHT: I understand all images taken are protected by copyright laws and it is illegal to scan, copy, edit, add filters, print or reproduce without prior permission. Your session includes printing rights only. Please do not edit using snapchat filters, Instagram, Photoshop, etc.

DIGITAL FILES: Your session grants printing permissions only. Images may not be edited/altered by anyone but the original photographer. Unedited images are not provided, sold, or released for any reason. Unused raw files will be purged after 3 months. Please be assured that you are provided all the best images. In the event that you feel you are missing an image/pose in your gallery, you are responsible for inquiring within 30 days before raw files are purged. Your final EDITED files will be in your cloud stored gallery, forever. You are highly encouraged to still download and back them up to your own devices as well.

PRINTING: Amy cannot guarantee the quality of your prints if you choose not to print at approved labs.
